How To Active iMessage and FacTime - iMessage and FacTime can be activated via two ways. 1. Carrier 2. Apple ID (You need to install SAM for this to work). Apple ID unlock is simple, just fill in your details and it would work. If you want to activate it via Carrier, this is what I did.

- Edited my "Carrier.plist".
By doing both the steps above, i can now use facetime and imessage on both the carrier and apple ID.
How to Activate via Carrier.
Please follow the steps Below.
1. Deactivate FaceTime and iMessage.
2. Go to Cydia and install "iFile" (Install the Repository [url]http://www.sinfuliphonerepo.com[/url] otherwise you'll have to buy the software)
3. Once installed, Navigate to /system/Library/Carrier Bundles/iPhone/unknown.bundle
4. Open carrier.plist (text viewer)
5. Use the search feature and look for all the lines that say " +447537410207 " edit them all to "+011447537410207" then save and done.
6. Exit iFile and go to settings and turn on FaceTime & iMessage (iMessage activated without a reboot for me)
7. Reboot.
After the reboot, you should be able to see under FactTime and iMessage the ways you can be reached. 1. Phone (your phone number) 2. Email (Your Apple ID).
